Pineapple & Peach Ginger Tinis

Summer Tini’s

These cocktails are super fun to make, and absolutely terrific tasting. Prefer to go non-alcoholic? Just substitute the alcohol in these recipes with some club soda.

Some of my favorite parts of summer and early fall are those moments sitting on the deck or patio sipping a fruity and delicious drink while catching up with friends. These drinks are a great way to hold on to that relaxing feel of summer through the fall.

Both these cocktails use our Honey Ginger vinegar to add that mild ginger spiciness balancing out the sweetness of the fruit juices. I used vodka in the pineapple version, and rum in the peach version, but feel free to switch out the liquor to your personal favorites.

In these recipes I use fluid ounce and tablespoon measures but if you prefer using a bartender’s handy jigger measurements the easy conversion is 1 jigger = 3 tablespoons

So, BE BRAVE, try these cocktails spiked with healthy vinegars for added flavor and zing and comment or email with your feedback. I KNOW you will enjoy them!!

Notes

* The O&V Honey Ginger vinegar is mildly acidic, slightly sweet and gingery and is perfect in this drink, adding the ginger flavor that balances out the drink.

* The Peach Apricot vinegar and lemon thyme in the Peach-tini creates a sweeter , balanced and refreshing flavor profile.
