Let’s Paloma!!
When I first tasted this Citrus Grapefruit vinegar with its sweet and tangy notes and slight grapefruit bitter finish, all I could think of was – it will make an amazing summer cocktail!
We just received this limited edition vinegar in our store Oil & Vinegar store last week and I have already enjoyed it in salads and on shrimp. Now I am especially loving it in this drink. It tastes really light, refreshing with an amazing balance of sweet and tart. The Angostura Bitters add an herby depth of flavor, which you can accent even more with a sprig of rosemary.
Traditionally, a Paloma cocktail uses tequila, but I personally prefer vodka. Is tequila your preference? Just BE BRAVE and create the drink you prefer. Either way, it will pair well with the sweetness of the Prosecco and the tartness of the vinegar.
Summer evenings just got better with this easy, pretty and delicious drink!
